The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.CapsFeatures, org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.Structure) is executed.

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
