The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.Clock, org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.ClockTime, org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.ClockID) is executed.

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, long, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
