Method Details

run

boolean run(Meta meta,
 ByteArrayInterface data,
 Out<Byte> version)

Serialize meta into a format that can be stored or transmitted and later deserialized by GstMetaDeserializeFunction.

By default version is set to 0, it should be bumped if incompatible changes are made to the format so GstMetaDeserializeFunction can deserialize each version.

upcall

default int upcall(MemorySegment meta,

 MemorySegment version)

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.Meta, org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.ByteArrayInterface, org.javagi.base.Out<java.lang.Byte>) is executed.

toCallback

default MemorySegment toCallback(Arena arena)

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
