The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.gnome.glib.IOChannel, java.util.Set<org.gnome.glib.IOCondition>) is executed.

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, int) method.
