Emitted when all HTTP processing is finished for a message.

(After Message::got_body).

upcall

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run() is executed.

toCallback

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
